ALESSIA 
Braggiato

Alessia Braggiato is from Houston, Texas and began her professional training at the age of 10 in her family-owned dance studio, Intempo Dance. She continued her training under the Royal Academy of Dance, ( R. A. D) programme with the direction and training of Rocio Braggiato and Orlando Molina. She has toured throughout the U.S. and Europe with Stars of Tomorrow before she continued her training in San Antonio, Texas with former PNB Principals, Lindsi Dec and Karel Cruz as part of their PTD program. She completed her R.A.D from Pre-Primary to Advanced 2 and has attended summer intensives at Oklahoma City Ballet, ABT Austin and New York,  Ruth Page in Chicago and Kansas City Ballet in 2024, where she continued to dance in their Second Company from 2024-2026; performing alongside the company in Devon Carney’s Swan Lake, Anna-Marie Holmes’ Don Quixote, George Balenchine’s Stars and Stripes, Agnes De Mille’s Rodeo & Septime Webre’s Alice (In Wonderland) & The Great Gatsby.

AMELIA MEISSNER

Amelia Meissner was born in San Antonio, Texas, and began her ballet training with the Ballet Conservatory of South Texas. She just finished her third season with Kansas City Ballet, where she has danced featured roles including the Snow Queen and Rose in Devon Carney’s The Nutcracker and pas de trois in Emeralds.

Paul Zusi began his training at Southold Dance Theater at the age 6, inspired by his mother’s lifelong love of dance. Mr. Zusi attended summer programs at The School of American Ballet in 2018 and Boston Ballet School in 2019. Following the summer of 2019, he joined Boston Ballet as a member of their second company, working closely with renowned choreographers and teachers such as Jorma Elo, Peter Stark, Kathleen Mitchell, Larissa Ponomarenko, and Mikko Nissinen. He joined Kansas City Ballet in 2021, where has had had the privilege to perform numerous featured roles such as Dr. Jekyll in Val Caniparoli’s Jekyll and Hyde, Red Man in Lila York’s Celts, Basilio and Espada in Anne Marie Holmes’ Don Quixote, Prince Albrecht in Devon Carney’s Giselle, Prince Seigfried in Devon Carney’s Swan Lake, and leading roles in George Balanchine’s Emeralds and Diamonds

PAUL ZUSI

Mr. Zusi’s professional repertoire also includes Jiri Kylian’s Petit Mort, Alexander Ekman’s Cacti, Jorma Elo’s Carmen, and Jerome Robbins’s Glass Pieces among many other works. Mr. Zusi would like to give his most sincere gratitude to his family and friends for their continued love and support.

SAM MCREYNOLDS

Sam McReynolds is a freelance dance artist originally from St. Louis, MO, where he received his BFA in Dance at Lindenwood University and trained closely under hip hop choreographer/instructor Anthony “REDD” Williams. He expanded his approach to movement greatly through his experience exploring Gaga technique here in the U.S. and in Tel Aviv, Israel. Since moving to LA in 2016, he danced for several notable choreographers and dance companies such as Sarah Elgart / Arrogant Elbow, Micaela Taylor, Brian Friedman, Marguerite Derricks, Sidra Bell, Dolly Sfeir, Bryan Arias, Christian Warner, Norbert de la Cruz, Marco Goecke, Alex Anderson, Ate9 Dance Company, LA Contemporary Dance Company, and more. He has also presented original live and film works in LA at events such as D2D Film Festival, CONGRESS: Legalize Dance, and LA Dance Festival. Sam has been a company dancer with Owen/Cox Dance Group here in KC since 2021, and officially moved to KC in 2024 as an artist-in-residence at Charlotte Street Foundation.

Most recently, he presented his first ever evening-length collaborative work C Yu with Osq Trujillo, which premiered Valentine's Day weekend this year at Greenwood Social Hall. Previously, also at GSH, he curated his first ever dance production/event, “Kurve Ball,” which hosted eleven choreographers to present original dance works and concluded with a full day movement workshop, and it is all happening again this Fall! Sam plans to continue creating and collaborating with artists in the KC community.

MEI MCARTOR

She is currently entering her fourth season with the Kansas City Ballet as a full company member.

MEI
MCARTOR

With the Milwaukee Ballet he has performed notable roles such as: "Fritz" in Michael Pink's The Nutcracker: Drosselmeyer's Imaginarium, "White Rabbit" and "Dodo" in Septime Webre's Alice in Wonderland, "Puss in Boots" in Michael Pink's Sleeping Beauty, and various other roles. Before his time with Milwaukee Ballet, Zusi spent two year in the Kansas City Ballet II. There he performed roles in multiple company productions including: Petit Mort, "Lead Russian" in The Nutcracker, "Toto" in Septime Webre's The Wizard of Oz. As a student Zusi trained under Calin Radulescu and, and formerly Erica Fischbach at Southold Dance Theater in South Bend, Indiana. While training he also attended summer intensives at: The School of American Ballet, Houston Ballet, and Boston Ballet.

Elliott Rogers is a native of Chicago where he began dancing with Ruth Page Center for the Arts under the leadership of Victor Alexander and Dolores Long.

There, Rogers participated in exchange programs with international schools. The most notable being with Escuela Nacional de Ballet de Cuba (National Ballet School of Cuba).

At 14, Rogers moved on to train with Houston Ballet Academy where he was the recipient of the Ben Stevenson Scholarship. He was later promoted to Houston Ballet’s second company, HB II, under the direction of Claudio Muñoz and Kelly Myernick.

While training in Houston, Rogers expanded his repertoire, adding over 70 distinct roles in 50 works. Including leading roles in Stanton Welch AM’s The Gentlemen, Bruiser, Brigade, and Clear. He also performed in George Balanchine’s Allegro Brilliante and Muñoz’s Bluebird Pas de Deux and Coppélia as Franz. He would also go on to perform with Houston Ballet in productions of Welch’s The Nutcracker, Romeo & Juliet, and Sylvia. In 2023 he was selected to represent HB II in Assemblée Internationale, hosted by National Ballet School of Canada.

In 2023, Rogers joined Kansas City Ballet as an apprentice. During his apprenticeship, he received the opportunity to perform the title role in Devon Carney’s Peter Pan. He has since performed White Rabbit in Septime Webre’s ALICE (in wonderland), William Forsythe’s In the Middle, Somewhat Elevated, and Green Man in Lila York’s Celts, among others. Rogers was named the 2024 Greg and Barbara Storm Emerging Dancer.

TROY MONGER-LEVIN

Troy Levin began his training in 2019 with Gina Illingworth in Camino, California. After attending Ellison Ballet SI on scholarship, he accepted a place in the Kansas City Ballet School, also on scholarship.

 

After a year with the school, Troy accepted a trainee contract with Kansas City Ballet and was promoted to KCB II the following season. During his time with the company, he has performed in ballets such as Devon Carney’s The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, Cinderella and Giselle, Mark Morris’ The Sandpaper Ballet, Val Caniparoli’s Jekyll & Hyde, Agnes de Mille’s Rodeo, Septime Webre’s Wizard of Oz, and The Great Gatsby, and George Balanchine’s Diamonds.

In summer 2024, he participated in the Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival under Annabelle Lopez Ochoa. He has also danced with Kansas City–based companies Moving Arts and Creative Intersections.

TROY MONGER-LEVIN

As a choreographer, Troy has created solo works performed at IBC Finals in Helsinki, as well as work on the Kansas City Ballet Second Company shown on the stage of the Kauffman Center for the PerformingArts.

Throughout her time in the program, Ms. Boese also attended summer and fall intensives at The Royal Ballet School, American Ballet Theatre, Philadelphia Ballet, Pacific Northwest Ballet, and Austin Ballet. In 2022, she joined Kansas City Ballet’s Second Company as a trainee, where she would perform and train for two seasons.

 

During her time with Kansas City Ballet, Natalie performed corps roles in several of Devon Carney’s ballets, such as Giselle, The Nutcracker, Cinderella, and Peter Pan. Ms. Boese also had the opportunity to perform in George Balanchine’s Diamonds as well as Val Caniparoli’s Jekyll and Hyde

NATALIE BOESE

In 2024, Ms. Boese joined Milwaukee Ballet’s second company. Throughout her time with Milwaukee Ballet II, she performed in several company productions such as Kenneth Tindall’s Casanova, Micheal Pink’s The Nutcracker and Sleeping Beauty, and Septime Webre’s ALICE (in Wonderland). Along with company productions, Ms. Boese also performed in the Milwaukee Ballet II’s Momentum, in productions such as La Bayadere and Bournonville’s Conservatoire, as well as Eric Figueredo’s Lotus and When Silence Cries

Isabelle Johnson began her dance training at Wichita Children’s Theater and Dance Center. She has had the opportunity to attend summer programs at the New York Institute of Dance and Education, Oklahoma City Ballet, Master Ballet Academy, and the Joffrey Ballet (Chicago). Isabelle joined the Grainger Academy of the Joffrey Ballet in the fall of 2022 as a pre-Professional student, where she trained for a year and a half. During this time, she had the opportunity to attend classes with American Ballet Theater, Pacific Northwest Ballet, and Alvin Ailey Dance Theater. She then moved back home to attend the University of Kansas and dance with Ballet Wichita’s ensemble as a Soloist. This will be her second season with Moving Arts. Currently, she has plans to continue her post-graduate education and her professional career. She would like to thank her friends and family for their support, as well as Logan Pachciarz for his guidance.

ISABELLE JOHNSON

Isabelle Johnson began her dance training at Wichita Children’s Theater and Dance Center.
